Only available merchandise may be ordered. Concerning items not in stock, you can ask to be informed of their availability by e-mail.

Prices are quoted in French Francs, with the equivalent given in Euros.

Acceptation and confirmation of orders is carried out on several successive screens. Your command is considered as final when you enter in your credit card number and validate.

Payments are carried out on-line, at the time of the command, only by credit card.
Carte Bleue, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. In order to ensure the security of all on-line payments on the Avenue des Bébés website, the secure payment system, PAYBOX, is used.
This service uses the SSL security norm.
All confidential information (the 16 digit credit card and the expiration date) are encrypted on the PAYBOX server.
They are not transmitted to our site.
When you validate your command:
- Your demand for payment is sent in real-time to the PAYBOX secure payment system.
- Their system demands an authorization of payment from the issuing credit card company or bank.
- PAYBOX sends an electronic certificate to our site, authorizing payment.
- FIA-NET Insurance is used to guarantee optimal security to both buyer and seller.
For all the deliveries except European Union we recall you that possible custom charges and local taxes can be claimed with the delivery of your parcel. We propose you to contact the customs of the country of destination of your order for more information.
In the same time, some countries impose special procedures or prohibit the importation of some products. So each customer will have to get informed about the legal provisions specific to the countries in which it will wish to import or export goods. You should not order products being prohibited for import.
Deliveries will be carried out from Monday to Friday at the address you indicated, inside the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France (overseas dominions and territories included), Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain (except the Canary Islands), Sweden.
You have 10 days from the date you receive the merchandise to ask to be reimbursed if you are not satisfied with the product, if the product is defective or if you have simply changed your mind.
We ask you to carefully fill out the returns form which you received at the delivery. PLEASE indicate WHY you are returning the product. The returns form must be placed in the package you return to us. You will be refunded no later than 10 days after L'avenue des bébés has received your return shipment. Please note that this 10 day period may not be respected if you do not correctly fill out the returns form.
If you wish to exchange the returned products, we will count the original delivery fee towards the shipment of the exchange. This is good for up to a month after L'avenue des bébes has received your original order in return and is called "Exchange Delivery Credit" ("Remise pour échange" in French).
